Cancellation Policy

- To cancel a booking please cancel no later than before 24hours before your session or this may result in you losing your payment. - Please do not bring children along to your appointment. - If your are more than 10 minuets late for your appointment a further £10 will be occurred on top of your treatment cost. - Please notify if you are going to be running late for your treatment. - Unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated which will result in you being asked to leave the premises.
