Items are normally shipped after 2-7 days of processing the order and 1-3 business days to ship (Monday- Friday), ​Delivery days do not include Saturday and Sundays or Holidays Worldwide shipping is also available 7-14days (Monday- Friday) depending on the location. *Please beware some items may take longer to deliver as they are carefully made homemade products. ​ All international customers are responsible for duties and taxes. We will guarantee all packages until they reach the International customers customs agency, at that point we are no longer responsible for the package.

Always inspect your package as soon as possible after it is received. If items are damaged, you must report the problem directly to the carrier (Royal Mail ) within 48 hours.
