When will my order be shipped?Items are normally shipped after 2-7 days of processing the order and 1-3 business days to ship (Monday- Friday), ​Delivery days do not include Saturday and Sundays or Holidays Worldwide shipping is also available 7-14days (Monday- Friday) depending on the location. *Please beware some items may take longer to deliver as they are carefully made homemade products. ​ All international customers are responsible for duties and taxes. We will guarantee all packages until they reach the International customers customs agency, at that point we are no longer responsible for the package.

What if my items are damaged?Always inspect your package as soon as possible after it is received. If items are damaged, you must report the problem directly to the carrier (Royal Mail ) within 48 hours.

What to do if I sent incorrect details ?Please ensure you check the shipping address is correct when ordering to prevent items being shipped to the wrong location. If the order address is sent incorrect please email us or message via our contact form immediately within minuets of ordering including your order number and the subject.

How do I use discount codes in your shop?When you have successfully added items to the cart there will be a discount code field enter the code you have and update total or apply button.

How do I check the status of my order? ​ ​You will receive a order confirmation when the order is transmitted. in addition a shipping confirmation will be sent once your order has been shipped . please do not email before the processing days are over asking for an update (as the order is being fulfilled and completed with love before your due date.) ​ ​
